Pickup Orders

2. Once materials leave our facility, Homestead Fence is not responsible for damage incurred during transportation. Customers are encouraged to secure their load properly and inspect items upon delivery to their destination.

Delivery Orders

2. Homestead Fence utilizes third-party carriers for deliveries. While we make every effort to ensure timely and safe delivery, we are not responsible for any damage caused during shipping.
3. In the event of shipping damage, Homestead Fence will assist in facilitating a claim with the shipping company. However, our liability is limited to this facilitation and does not include compensation for damages, delays, or other associated costs.

1. Warranties on fencing products are provided by the manufacturers of those products. Homestead Fence is not the warrantor and does not assume responsibility for the outcome of any warranty claims.
2. Homestead Fence will help facilitate warranty claims by providing necessary documentation and guidance but cannot guarantee the manufacturer’s decision or resolution timeline.

1. Homestead Fence is not responsible for:
   1. Improper installation or use of our products.
   2. Damage caused by weather, misuse, or other external factors.
   3. Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
2. Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the products purchased.
3. In the event of an error on the part of Homestead Fence, including incorrect or missing items, our liability is limited to correcting the issue (e.g., replacement of missing or incorrect items).
