The limited lifetime warranty covers single-family residential properties only. This limited warranty extends to the original purchaser and one (1) individual transferee. A thirty-year (30) warranty covers any other type of building or property including those owned by corporations, governmental agencies, partnerships, trusts, religious organizations, schools, homeowner associations and apartment buildings. The warranty period on the above property types would be 30 years from the original date of purchase. Upon request we will provide manufacturer’s warranty information with your product. Make sure and follow the instructions and register your product and activate the warranty within 30 days from the original date of purchase
Vinyl PVC Products (post caps, solar caps, brackets, end caps, picket caps, gate pockets, hole plugs, rail clips) are covered under the Manufacture Lifetime Non-Prorated Limited Warranty to the original customer. This is a replacement warrantee for the defective product. No liable for any extra expense or labor is covered by the warrantee. Limitations: Any modification (including painting/coating), misuse, neglect, impact or act of God and/or normal weathering of the product is NOT covered under the warrantee. Latches, hinges, anti-sag bars, notchers are covered under the Manufacturer's Warrantee to the original customer. Trident™, AquaLatch™, KeyStone™ and Cornerstone™ runs for the duration of one million cycles of use which assumes this is a true lifetime of use on residential applications, and for commercial applications will use an estimate of usage based on each application. This warranty is void in its entirety in the event the product is tampered with, altered, misused, neglected, damaged, improperly installed or maintained, repaired or attempted to be repaired by an unauthorized person, or used in any manner which is not in accordance with the instructions. In the event of any defect in material or workmanship or loss of functionality in the product covered under this warranty, we will provice a replacement product at no charge.
